I think it's great how Revenant's Toll continues to grow. I hope it eventually becomes one of the major cities like the three city states. It seems to be growing up rather than out.

I believe the expansion of RT will eventually lead up to turning into the entrance and area of the Gold Saucer. Who knows for sure though other than the devs.

Well, that's the "shopping district" (or whatever we should call it) before it was built.
Sadly, I had the gui open there, but it's what I had and nothing "secret" was being said in the chat anyway
