Forum moderators need better training or a better grasp of English?

I don't start this thread to be mean, or to troll, or to try to start an argument. I'm being completely, absolutely, 100% honest. Check this bug report I made: http://forum.square-enix.com/ffxiv/t...75#post1851314

There was (it's fixed as of today) a level 10 Alchemy Levequest which was giving too high of an EXP reward. Another player tried to say that such a thing was normal, when no other Levequest out there gave such a huge amount, and when the Moderator finally poked their head in, claimed that it "sounds like a discussion on the current state of gameplay rather than a bug report."

If it wasn't a bug, then why was the EXP fixed?

"Mauksee" clearly needs to be re-trained, or get into the habit of actually reading the first post. The only "discussion" that going on was another player attempting to say that the bugged levequest was normal (when it CLEARLY wasn't,) and the Mod took that to mean it wasn't a bug. Please, SquareEnix. Train your Moderators better. Either that, or allow us to submit feedback on the Moderators so that we don't have to make public posts like this one, as that Moderator clearly does not understand things.
