PS3 Controller Hotbar problems

Either you only use one hotbar, or you don't notice it because you are slow. It is affecting most people and it IS gamebreaking.

Or he have a macro in some of his crosshotbar slots that switch to another cross-hotbar without problems.
I did it while leveling Arcanist. And do it with other classes as well because I find it easier and faster.
