The delay seems directly tied to the same delay in being able to use a GCD ability.

It seems that the same amount of time where you have to wait from your first step of a combo is the same amount of time you can't tap the right bumper (RB) to swap cross hotbar sets. If you wait until your GCD timer is half done, the RB responds immediately, so I'm guessing that the GCD cooldown and the RB tap to switch has somehow been linked. Using the RB + x/y/a/b seems to remain unaffected.

Like others have said - this is a really big issue for people that have gotten used to tapping RB mid-combo to use non GCD abilities & buffs, then tapping back to the combo.

Read the patch notes last night and wondered wth they were thinking. Just from reading the patch notes, I could see this was going to be a disaster.

Also, did you see the part where they gave kb/mouse users access to cross bar? Really?

I was having the having the same problem apparently while your doing skills/casting spells you cant swap between bars anymore im not sure if they did it deliberately or if its just a problem from new patch they didn't notice. i doubt they would decide 8 months after the game started to just change up everybody's controls but it was very frustrating i literally had to turn the game off cuz i just was watching my hotbar and clicking 6-7x to swap between them instead of paying attention to fights which is completely ridiculous .

Same problem for me yesterday, I´m WAR on Titan X, so I switch a lot between tanking stance and DPS stance (turning on or off Defiance) and this bug was causing me a lot of troubles .

I usually have my tanking skills on onw crossbar and the DPS skills in other, so was a nightmare.

They pretty much just killed anyone who uses a gamepad. I notice the same issues on PC. There's about a one-half to one second delay after releasing my shoulder button that highlights the hotbar actions before I am able to tap the bumper to switch to another hotbar.

Yeah I am having the same issue as well, fortunately my set 2 doesn't have much skills that I use much, but its does get very annoying.

Seems barely noticeable on a crafter.
