Wow you just took a mediocre ability (outside of PVP) and turned it into an awesome one. And then you made improved surecast make sure people actually use it.

You should probably work for SE. If I had a guaranteed crit on my BLM with the chance that surecast would be reset, I'd be using it constantly.
