Sujet : 2.16: Delay in changing cross hotbar sets

Should be within the next 3 days of so (guess).

They are also rolling back the changes that happened in T2 and T5

I was asked to join Garuda Extreme. Not with this delay, the game is broken for me.

Hope this gets fixed soon, it's no fun playing right now like this X_x.

Having the same issues everyone has already posted. This game is damn near unplayable til they fix this issue.

I got this issue as well. This is REALLY annoying and makes me waste some skills completely. I hope this gets changed back asap

Tanked coil last night same issue. Only seemed to be a problem in an instance though. Still no Dev response? I won't be playing until its Hot Fixed.

I'm experiencing same problem on ps3. it's also affecting target switching when an action is in animation, won't switch targets quickly
