Thread: 2.16: Delay in changing cross hotbar sets

Same Issue
Also have to press the change cross hotbar sets Button twice (R1) to get around it, Or hold & manually change (R1+directional With doesnt always work Either!!) - which kills you in battle.
Its anoying & wrong & hard to do (impossible in some situations) in battle, PLEASE fix this ASAP

Tested a few other controllers & pc's... Turns out testing in mobs that both options work the same pretty much so flag that last bit i had here!

When not in battle its working fine.

All ways I tested You cannot change when using an attack or ability (some kind of delay time), OR when being attacked by enemy (Also some kind of delay time), when the enemy is not attacking you can switch it when pressing R1 (once or twice or three times)

ALSO like to note:
Players Aoe abilitys have lagg/delay issues when used in game since patch 2.16. (sacred soil, fire arrow e.t.c.) <--could be related to below.
Also Theres more lagg in general noticed by players in battle, Even when using a VPN (battleping) Very safe to say its your end. since patch 2.16 Is "spikey" So could just be due to the amount of players loggin in.

Off to play PS4 until they fix this, Cant wait to see how 2.2 screws us.... really looking forward to more stuff not working...
