    I can confirm this is an issue on PS3 as well. I just logged in after the patch and tried to do Duty Roulette, and my DPS was significantly impacted by this.

    I hope it's a bug, and that they fix it soon. I couldn't do EX primals or Coil like this.

    I am getting the same problem as well. It is making things ... difficult to say the least. I am using a 360 controller on the pc version.

    Yeah, I went through a dungeon trying to tank and its definitely a problem for those who's used to no delay. Really hope this is fixed.
