    I can confirm the same issue.

    Windows 7 64-bit
    PS3 Controller via USB

    The delay seems to happen after just pressing R2 or L2, as I have to wait a full second to do anything, even navigating menus, after releasing one of those.

    Yet a Dev replied to the Japanese thread on this matter 28 minutes after the thread was opened over there, this thread was opened 35 minutes after the Japanese thread was and so far it's been over 7 hours and not a single official reply from any of the team... the Japanese thread got 2 official replies in 2 hours on a thread with 10 user posts, just let that sink in.

    Im having delays on my controller as well. Everything feels sticky and its more complicated to tank. This needs to be hot fixed, I'm finding it hard enough to continue this game until ps4 launch as it is, with the ps's lag issues.. even with half the games options turned off and graphics at a minimum.
