Wet effect is a joke!

Hair is slightly shinier, all cloth becomes shiny like silk or polished leather, bare skin looks lightly oiled.

No beads of water on clothing or running down skin, no water dripping off your character, hair stays perfect despite being soaked. Why did they even bother implementing this?

Or is there something wrong with the screenshot? Because I can see both having rain effect.

Look at hands, legs and boobs, "wet" picture has darker colours or more reflections.

Is something wrong with your head? Effect just happens to be most noticeable on those areas.

could anyone please screen with daylight (for example attacking a water elemental) and if possible wearing other Equipment than bathing suit or leather/plate armor ? Thanks a lot
