Wet effect is a joke!

It's raining in both pictures...you're going to be wet in the rain...

And that's exactly what a bikini in that material would look like. It doesn't fully appear wet but it's probably damp and not comfortable.

Notice the reflections on thighs, darker robes and shinier hair. Not much, but still something.

Personally, I like the difference between the two. Not so much that its distracting, just enough to show the effect

I guess the OP is just annoyed that he can't see a bra-strap through someones soaked tunic. I'm not entirely sure what expectations were, but I rather like the subtle change. It's inoffensive and a nice environmental change. Use it, or don't use it. It's your choice.

this will happen if the steambox gets the momentum it needs, then its only a matter of time before most gome devs start supporting it
till then we are stuck with directx builds, unless ofcourse you can convince them a good reason to support it. goodluck with that
