The effect is subtle, but if you switch between the pictures you can see a difference.

Look at hands, legs and boobs, "wet" picture has darker colours or more reflections.

Is something wrong with your head? Effect just happens to be most noticeable on those areas.

just a reminder... we are still in DX9. just saying.

and PS3 managed todo more with sub-DX9

That's actually about the level of effect I was expecting, at least for clothes.

Pity it doesn't do much about the hair but then again most of us are running around with anime hair and NOTHING affects anime hair.

That and maybe not when its pitch black. Go stand in some light and lets see the difference

Hair is slightly shinier, all cloth becomes shiny like silk or polished leather, bare skin looks lightly oiled.

No beads of water on clothing or running down skin, no water dripping off your character, hair stays perfect despite being soaked. Why did they even bother implementing this?
