    I like the "cold breath" effect. The wet I am really disappointed. It is just more glossy and shine to your clothing. It really isn't even a wet effect to be honest. =/

    It's definitely not the most dramatic thing in the world. Having some water droplets running off armor and skin would be a great touch. By the way, do we know when we're supposed to get dx11 support?
