Question about various Daily Reset times under Timers

I am in Pennsylvania, Eastern Standard Time, and I stay up all night, over night, for years and that's when I play, after coming home from 2nd shift work.

I see under Timers, it says Earning new Leves: would be 7am my time. Missions Reset is 5 am my time. Then for Grand Company items provisions it just has the daily list. I thought it would be the same time as Missions Reset, since that is right above it but I am confused. I wait until 3:30-4 am to START either crafting or buyng them off Market Board fast, and to turn in my items and since I am going by the Missions timer, thought a new list would pop up, so I could do "2 days worth" right in a row, and not worry again for 48 hours.

So is there a different, much later timer for the item provisions than 5 am EST? Does the list auto-refresh in game, or do I have to re-log to see the new list? If it has a much later in the day time, 10-11 am EST, I am sleeping by then, AND why doesn't it have an accurate "Time until countdown" also for the items as well then?

Is the "Missions Reset" time for the Daily beast quests? I am only 37 SMN, so did not get that far to open them up yet.

This is an incredibly relevant question. I, too, wonder this, and it's been bugging me for a really long time. I actually just find myself crafting whenever it says it's accepting, Timers be damned.

Mission Reset does not refer to Daily Beast Tribes Quest. It means Provisioning and Delivery Mission. And the item list auto refreshes in game. Problem is, the time shown is bugged and it says 5 am regardless of your timezone. The correct time is 8pm GMT (9 am EST I think)

Zanarkander, thank you for that information. I went to http://greenwichmeantime.com and EST is 5 hours behind GMT. So 8pm GMT is 3 pm EST.

Do you know when the Daily Quest reset is then so I am prepared? I enjoy waiting until the last 1 hour, test it the first couple of days doing something new, seeing if it takes 1 hour or longer to finish in time, then sit there and do the next day's again right away. Then I have 46-47 hours until 2 days from now to repeat the cycle. To me that makes perfectly logical sense, so I don't have to run to out of the way locations in the game every single day, other personal friends see this as OCD lol.

Other people reading this around the world: NEPA is famous for being "The coal region for the past 100 years" and Pottsville is home of Yuengling Brewery, America's Oldest Brewery, since 1829." Beast Tribe daily quests reset at 8 am Mountain, so it should be 10 am Eastern.

almost every reset for us on the east coast is 10 am. oddly the GC turn-ins are 3pm. havent jumped in-game yet but curious to finally see a map timer. hated having to think... "so if i gather it now, and 18 hours from now.... and, head hurts"

Be aware that when we change our clocks for DST, the reset time is going to shift by an hour. The resets happen at midnight Japan time, and Japan does not use daylight savings time.

Whether that will make it 11 AM Eastern or 9 AM Eastern is left as an exercise for the reader, because I am lazy.

Beastmen Dailies reset at 10 am EST, same as Coil and CT on mondays.

I never understood why the Provisioning timer is different than this.
