430 Piety soft cap!

So been testing it out and every 5 piety is 1 mp per refresh tick while engaged! I know its a % but i did the math and no matter what its every 5 piety. And you can only get max 100mp per refresh tick while engaged you can't get more i have tried! But what I don't understand is why 430 and not 500? I am assuming 70 based piety that doesn't show up in stats! Piety will give you more MP over 430 and I am also trying to figure out if it gives you larger shrouds of saints returns cause i see a few ppl saying it doesn't but from I see I think it does!

Hello there! While I have not done the math other than just looking at it while on game; when my MP is 5000 I regen 100MP a tick during battle. It appears players regen 2% of their max MP and 1% of their max HP during battle, at least from what I have seen while I am on WHM (45HP regen with 4500HP) Also idk if its a bug or not but I regen more than 100MP a tick when I use food inside a party (around 110) I have 5113 MP on my WHM though. Seems to be a % based though. Hope that helps you :x
