I'll keep this detailed to what we're looking for in a player. We're actively seeking out a tank, meaning has both PLD and WAR @ 50 with all optimal cross class abilities unlocked. Though there is no preference to which particular job you prefer to play or have spent the majority/all of your myth on. Having a ranged DPS job (SMN, BLM, or BRD) @ 50 and decently geared is a huge plus as well, or at least a willingness to level/gear one. I'm looking for a talented tank who excels in the following fields.

Spatial Awareness
Communication (Over VOIP)
Snap Threat (If you think shield lob/tomahawk/flash is snap threat, quit reading)
Cooldown Management
Proper Itemization
Stable connection/computer (If you're constantly DCing/Lagging, you're useless)
A Crude Sense of Humor
Thick Skin
