    Week old, but I guess I'm not really bumping it with so few people posting in our world forum.

    It's not vent specifically I dislike - it's just all the voice programs. And it's more or less just the same reason I'm not a fan of voice acted cutscenes and actually prefer the silent ones we've (mostly) had; I'd rather make up voices for people in my head than hear them all as they are.

    Not to imply you don't have lovely voices or anything. Just that I'd rather have my lalafell sounding like lalafell should (like they should to /me/, that is), and same for the galka and miquote etc. Maybe lalafell sound totally different to you. Or maybe you simply don't care. And both of those are fine by me.

    But yeah, it has nothing to do with the actual specs for whichever voice program. It's just a subjective immersion thing.
