that was zodiark we saw, both hydaelyn and zodiark are visually similar.
idc to be honest. i have played games with fast travel, i have played games without.
i would rather get rid of df though, or make it so it affects each dungeon individually rather than being a menu you can bring up at will.
Would love this. Would prefer limited aetherytes existed. So basically like XI outposts. Like each major city kept theirs, mor dohna, and maybe like 1 area in each city region.
Looking at the idea being suggested, a fun way to get users to explore the world more without the use of Aether travel, I just wanted to say that we are looking into more content focused on getting players out and about.

Not everything needs to be instanced
More HNMs with actual drops (gear and crafting items) , overworld end game content <3
Add hortizonal progression type content to open world content like expand on the concept of a new type of materia tier which boost a jobs ability or add enhancements to them. Add rare item drops which crafter's need to be able to attach materia for end gear to unlock/equip slot's not just str,vit etc. but cure potency +5% as example. I hate to a point of the vertical progress on gear we need some horizontal progression on the side and crafters should be the ones to provide it if we cannot be the source of top end gear. Instead of getting rid of that old gear for the fresh new gear have it where the crafters could fuse the old gear into the new version with certain rare item to give the new version a % buff to new gear. I would like to throw in a request for more open world content that requires a small group to complete. The Hunting logs were great fun at launch as I could find players easily to group with and challenge the higher level enemies. More content that delivers this kind of experience would be great! - Chocobo races
- Capturing images of certain things for the newspapers
- Group event requiring multiple triggers around the map to be tripped within seconds of each other
- Moogle chase! - either an actual chase or a teleporting moogle that is similar to the group trigger idea
- Moogle hunt - I already see other players who will camp out somewhere inaccessible/hidden and do a shout offering gil to anyone who can find them
Please bring back faction leves and caravan. They were open world and didn't suck, why were they even removed?
