Why not an ingame damage tracker?

I have never understood the argument that a parser gives healers and tanks more work because people stop avoiding mechanics and, essentially, lose all common sense. If you die, your dps goes down.

I agree, Those people who do not dodge aoes will not dodge them with or without a parser. This really is not a factor.

I liked the suggestion of having a personal parser and the option to share with the group. I think this would help people analyze their dps and ask for help if they think they need it.
