You may have noticed that the game has a very very high emphasis on movement and dodging, it's a seldom occurrence for a fight to allow you to stand there and mash buttons for "deeps".

The game does have dps checks, however, which is one spot where parsers can shine in usefulness. That said, it's also not the only use for them.
