Error 6001

I didn't save a before but this is a whole lot better. Hopefully it stays this way. Before it was about 15-30% all the way through.

I've been running PingPlotter in the background as I've been playing for a while now, makes for a striking image, let me tell you: PingPlotter.jpg

All of the red in that is lost packets. I've only included the graphs with those in them and you can see where the major losses are. It's been like this for well over a month now.
