Loot not placed in inventory...

So yea, i was doing a CT run like any other day to get my item of the week when the last boss "decided" to drop the item, Dimensional Blade Fragment. Lucky me i had not yet recieved an item, allowing me to roll on it. Very few others could roll at the item, so by luck i won the roll.

Knowing that my roll was the highest it was strange not hearing the "victorious" sound of the loot entering my inventory. People in chat started congratulating me, but the item was nowhere to be seen. Not sure what to do other than contact support and show the screenshots as well as refer to the people i played with.

The feeling of actually winning a rare item fair and square only to be screwed by a glitch (?), really sucks :/

Did you sort your inventory? It may have been placed in an empty slot and not at the end. Or, if you don't have your inventory fill up by available slot and rather by type, check your other bags as your crafting mats bag may have been full.

This may sound condescending, but I'm just trying to help out.

I checked all the bags, but nothing. I had lots of free space in ever container and double checked it. It's not there, sadly.

Sounds like you didn't get it if it wasn't in your inventory. Did you check to make sure that the log said you won the roll?

If it doesn't say in the log that you won the lot, or that anyone else won it, it went to someone in another alliance.

There may be a chat filter that can be disabled to see the notice for when someone in other alliance wins it, but I haven't looked for it.

Remember, you need to win not only your own alliance lot, but also over the other alliances as well.

There's also that. Your party isn't the only party rolling on that forth chest, the whole alliance is rolling on it. And from my own experience, that fourth chest is rare so you can guarantee that at least half of the alliance will be rolling on it.

Hmm.. i guess that might be the case, but it would seem really stupid not listing up what everyone rolled.
This is really something that needs fixing, lol. Leaving players in the blind not even telling who got the item is a bad joke.

As far as I know, you're not seeing the other alliances' rolls or loot results, alas you won on your party, but someone from the other parties beat you :/
