    Oh man, that means I haven't been taking advantage of it, e.g. if I had a Raging Strikes coming off cooldown just as Flaming Arrow does, then I would have paired the two together.

    There is much for me to learns still!

    Edit: I just tried Flaming Arrow without any buffs, then tried the individual buffs e.g. Blood for Blood, Raging Strikes, Hawk's Eye. When watching the ticks, it appears each of the buffs is affecting the damage. Maybe something changed in 2.16?
