Where do you download the digital copy?

After replacing parts in my computer, I had to re-install Windows 7 (64-bit).

I found myself at MogStation. Click on Support. Took me here: http://support.na.square-enix.com/

I searched for 'digital download client.' The result (see below) I got landed me with an edition of the game that wants me to 'Calibrate Controls' (as in PS3 controller) before playing. I tried skipping it, think I could swap controls to Keyboard based once in game. Then I go to select a Data Center and it does not matter which on I select I receive a [2002] error. If I swap to my husband computer and put in my information, I can log on and change Data Centers without issue. I tried resetting all settings to Default from the FFXIV launcher / maintenance / news client. And I still get Calibrate Controls and error 2002 when selecting a data center.

I attempted to refine my search in the support center by including the words "Windows" and "PC." It gives me the same download link.

    Search Result:

The game did update before I attempted to log in on my PC. I am at a lose as to what is going on... Perhaps I downloaded the wrong client? Could you please help me figure this out?

I found this link that you can try: http://www.finalfantasyxiv.com/playersdownload/na/

I did not verify it works, though I hope it solves your problems. ^^

I also found the following text in regards to error code 2002:

Final Fantasy 14 Error 2002 - Server Congestion

This error is very similar to error 1017, except to say that FF14 has had restrictions put in place for players to try and prevent servers from becoming overcrowded and creating issues for those still playing the game.

This error will likely happen on the main menu (where it plays the famous Final Fantasy tune) and the 'Start' button will be greyed out.

You won't be able to click start and, if it doesn't become available within a couple of seconds, will mean you're unable to connect to the character selection screen.

This is in a bid to prevent too many connecting to the game and, sadly, cannot be fixed through traditional means.

However, it is also worth noting that Error 2002 can be caused by your router and the port settings. If you keep getting this error code then access your router to unblock the following ports:

    UDP
    55296~55551

    TCP
    80, 8080, 443, 55296~55551

The update functionality of Final Fantasy 14 makes use of UPnP, and so can be block by some ISPs. Though you can still download update data with UPnP inactive, if you are experiencing issues then it is worth unblocking these ports to attempt a fix.

There is no guarantee that this will help, but it's worth attempting to get back into the game.
If you just installed the game, your windows firewall may be blocking the ports.
