    Issue with Mognet/Veteran's rewards

    So I came back to this game in nov, paid nov and december, got my 2 veteran's rewards no problem, decided to buy the game for PC (which tacked on a free month service in jan), and just paid for feb, but I did not get my veteran's reward. This is completely wrong, since my account never went inactive, I actually paid MORE for my playing with re-buying the game than I would have if I just paid the 12.99 service fee. I'm not saying I should get the 4th reward or anything, but I at LEAST feel I should have received the third reward (the voidling resonator and pet) seeing as I've actively paid without my account lapsing at all.

    I feel like you were addressing the wrong board.
    The customer service is better place.

    Just my 2c, as long as I am replying: if you paid 2 months for one account, and 1 month for another, different, account, the months cannnot be merged.

    No I paid 2 months on THIS account, bought the PC version, added it to THIS account and then paid third month on THIS account, I'll go post over there as well though. I filed a ticket just after this thread as well and still haven't heard anything back whatsoever as well though. Plus the customer service with SE is a huge freaking run around. I'll try submit there though

    I got an answer-in-a-can explaining what veteran rewards are, which didn't help me or address my issue whatsoever. Ffs, even blizzard has better customer support than this, and their pretty bad too. At least a live gm actually replies to your tickets. Definitely NOT satisfied here.

    Chances are the system hasn't recognised that you've paid for the extra month yet, they do explain that if you somehow break the subscription (the free month from the new version (PC) is considered a break) they'll wait until the new payment has been filed on their system before issuing the awards.
