Lots of legacy characters power leveled all of their disciples of war/magic during 1.23 to 50 with mere hours of effort. This is the reason I rerolled from a legacy server to a regular server. I doubt these restrictions will be lifted any time soon.
you know.. there plenty of new world ppl who have already capped every class there is to offer.... so there really isn't a difference.
