Small snakes are easily tanked and healed when no divebombs are going around. There are 3 after the small snakes so it is very much possible to use your weakest cooldowns here to easy the healers a bit. Convalescence near sixth divebomb so you can get topped off, then you use a strong cooldown while picking up and tanking the last 2 small snakes, keeping HG at hand just in case you drop too low tanking all 4. Dont forget a Berserk/Fight or Flight while walking towards the opposite side.

Then they should die easily within a couple of seconds even with just a lb2. Let aoe take care of it so melee dont get stacks, then pop pots and rush the big one down while it has 4 stacks.
