This shouldn't be a difficult phase to heal. We use 2 PLDs here, one of them (MT) taking the big snake and the other (OT) taking all the small snakes. SCH focuses on healing MT while I as WHM focuse on OT when only one big and two small snakes are up. When we run to get the last 2 small our OT tanking the small ones puts Sentinel up (he used to use hallowed but we noticed he doesn't really need it so now we save it in case anything goes wrong later) and I use Eye for an Eye on him. I've asked OT to stay close enough to MT that I can target both with Cure 3s. The tank who tanks the big snake should not get any stacks. Our OT always has 4 stacks.

Which tank do you have on big snake and which on small ones (have you tried switching them around)? Which buffs are they using and when? How are they positioned? Do the healers have a plan for which healers focuses on which tank?
