Mog House: Functions.

Reminds me of Phantasy Star Universe room system, everyone had a room which had a shop a integrated, which utilized a search bar to find what you wanted which listed the rooms with cheapest first.

Thats more/less where I got the idea from.

SE really needs to pull that "we have to be different every FF game mentallty" it just ruined them so far.
they need to re-use alot of stuff from ffxi and introduce differently. MOG house should be a instance like it was but you can see the out side of your house park your chocobo there and train it, do additions to your house for status effects and storage space.

Very true, it looks like they did some things just for the sake of "Being different" trying to find that magic button that made WoW the abnormal hit it is today. Thankfully after the last letter Yoshi seems to have a good grasp on where the game needs to move forward to suceede.

Company Housing

For Private Companies I would also like Company Housing. This would be our HQ I guess, a communal house where we would have access to various features. A few things I would like in this house would be the following:

• A main communal room which we can decorate and also mount trophies from our NM's kills and completed missions/accomplishments.
  
• A Communal Storage area where I can drop off mats and items which I may not find useful but a crafter in our Company might.
  
• A Chocobo stables for raising our Chocobo's and looking after them.
  
• An Airship landing pad for our Airship.
  
• A dock for our boat.
  
• Private quarters that we can decorate and also storage for our gear that we wouldn't put in the communal storage.
  
• A crafter area that you could kit out with support benches.
  
• A garden would also be nice too that we could grow things in.

Whether it's self owned, linkshell owned, etc..I'd really like to see FFXIV meets The Sims when it gets to creating your own housing area.

I would prefer something more like Archeage, where the house actually exists in the open world.

I think in the company house there should be a Health pot on one side and a MP pot on the other, just like the old days
