Also at melee range u can still hit, melee at distance cant. learn a bit about other classes and come back

A well played MNK will still top DPS in these fights. lol, I thought u would mention garuda ex but titan, really? Meele have higher dps and easier dodging than casters in titan fight.

I was tryont to not bash you too much, but since you asked ...
1) You never passed Titan HM, don't talk as if you did.
2) You never seen Titan EX.
3) Lancer only level 15 ? Please, L2P .....
4) One class level 50 and talking like a pro ... I killed Titan HM with my BRD, my MNK, my DRG and my BLM. 2 melees, 2 ranged. You didn't even kileld him once.
5) Coil ? You never seen a single mob there, and you continue to talk.
6) People explained how to keep GL3, you cannot : L2P.
7) You won 2 e-sports events ? I did, I even organized some. But I still want to know the connection with a MMO, winning a PES tournament or a Trackmania tournament is a little different than playing a melee char on FFXIV, without the best cross-class skills.

You know that Titan got a HP treshold before jumpin so you can totally adjust your rotation in order to be sure to have GL 3 refreshed right before he jump ?

Its not up to SE to balance that.

I honestly don't understand what you're complaining about. With both DRG & MNK geared well enough for all current content I can honestly say I do not feel gimped at all. My numbers are good, my survivability is good, my ability to dodge and execute is good. The only exception I'd say is Garuda Ex, which just requires popping some CDs at certain times to avoid whirlwinds of death. Sure there are times we lose dps due to movement or mechanics, but I think that can be said of all classes save perhaps BRD which is singing half the time anyway.

In summary, don't cry so much. You are either a very lazy/negative person or you are listening and taking advice from too many lazy/negative people. 2.1 buffed the hell out of melee classes and if anything I feel overpowered compared to other DPSers. That being said, please do not nerf us, I am very happy with my over-inflated ego :3

Back to the topic he has a point. The range jobs have a clear advantage being able to dd at range which is obvious. How ever it is still possible to be the top dd, and still be melee. It's just harder, but keep at it you can do it. Don't let these guys troll you. They just trying to level up their forum medals.

You can actually keep you're greased lightning up. just position youself near the center when titan falls, and use second wind when he falls<< that is why we have the skill. IMO if you really are bad in melee then don't play it go range, since you clearly do not like melee ^_^

Actually, you can just stand on the edge with everyone and Shoulder Tackle in to keep Greased Lightning up. No second wind needed since healer will be using medica/succor anyway.
