Unlinking a PSN account

Has anyone tried unlinking an PSN account before if you have how long does it usually take cause my PSN got banned cause of the name and sony changed it and I talked to square enix and gone through steps emailing the email to them about my name change and that was Feb 3rd they said the tech agents are working on resolving my account and to keep a eye out on my email for the confirm and again this was the 3rd and still no email.

for hacked accounts it takes se about 2 or 3 weeks from what I have seen so I wouldn't expect anything before that... Minimum...
