Repost of Knockback Immunity bug for Titan Extreme

Steps/Description of issue: Immunity from damage upon accepting a resurrection protects from damage from Titan's "Upheaval" technique, but does not prevent the knockback mechanic leaving the player vulnerable to dying by being knocked off the edge. Hallowed Ground seems to have a similar effect. To recreate the problem:
1) Die during the first phase of Titan Extreme
2) Have the incapacitated player resurrected
3) Accept the resurrection while the "Granite Gaols" are spawning such that the player is resurrected, but still immune to damage when Titan performs "Upheaval"
