I pre ordered FFXIV but I have not been able to play since the last beta before its release. I can't make it past the start screen. I log in and i choose a data center then I get Error 2002 Lobby server connection has encountered and error. I did not participate i early access and I missed my first free month because of this. I just renewed my member ship hoping it would all be fixed but nope. Still cannot get past the start screen. Does any one have any answers
