Ultimately that's the best course of action in these situations. It's easy to find yourself dragged in to a pointless debate with people you neither know nor care about who generally seem to have little else to do than camp forums when the reality of it is nothing we discuss will change the direction of the game, people's opinions, or matter one jot a few months from now.

To that end, I'll follow your example.
