Hiya dude. Don't know why a GM would have trouble ascertaining whether you are somehow missing your mount when even a normal player can check your public profile and see that you have CE Behemoth minion but no Coeurl mount.

Yeah, this is what I don't understand either. This is really not something that should be hard to solve, it's a rather basic issue. After a few increasingly hostile tickets about it, the last one said he'd try to put an SGM on the case. I've no idea what that is, but in my mind, I secretly hope it means "Super GM".

I've looked through everything. My retainer, my bags, even my armor chest, several times each. But there's nothing to be found anywhere. I even made a new character just to see if I were getting it, and I did. I can also remember clicking it into my collection, so I am very sure this is a bug.
