Missing Coeurl.

Hello!

I was sent here, after a surprisingly lackluster conversation with a GM, who didn't even bother to read my first ticket before clicking the macro button. But at least he was quick about it.

The problem is very simple. At very low level, as soon as I found my first mailbox, I picked up my collector's edition items and added them to the collection. Or so I thought. Everything was added - the helmet, the Behemoth barding and the Behemoth minion pet. There was just one thing missing - my Coeurl mount. And yes, I do have the riding skill now, so it should've been visible in the list. Even the uninterested GM explained me that, despite the fact that I had already told him that it wasn't there.

It is not in my mounts list. It has simply disappeared. Ceased to be. Gone to meet its maker. I have no idea what it is up to, but it is not in my list, that's for sure. I just wanted it restored, but apparently, this was an "ingame issue" that he could not help me with. So he suggested searching for help on the Lodestone, although I'm not really sure if those guys are sanctioned to restore lost items.

So, yeah. There's that. I'd like my coeurl mount restored. Else, I could've just bought the normal edition.

A suggestion though, is to improve the GM support quite a bit. This one is worse than the one Rift had - and that's not good. At all, in fact... although, I suppose it's possible that I was just unlucky.



EDIT: Another ticket attempt proved that I wasn't just unlucky.
