It's easier for to survive as a sch because of lustrates, adloquiem and eos. When you use attunement as a whm you don't get healed to full like you do as a sch, this is pretty huge in terms of survivablitly. Yes i know you can regen before you attune but at most that is going to heal your for 25% of your health before attune wears off where eos will heal you likely 75% or more of your health.
