How do you get your fantasia potion?

I just subbed for thirty days, but do not seem to have a fantasia potion in my inventory... do I not receive it until I sub again? Or how does it work?

You get any rewards for any amount of time you pay for up front. But even though you set your subscription, you won't be billed until whatever time you still have left (free or paid) has expired, and you won't get the reward until you're billed.

I received mine in inbox as soon as I paid for my first month, didn't have to wait for anything, it was instant.

That's what I mean by 'billed'. If you're saying you were able to access the game before you paid for the month, and you were billed immediately upon subscribing for 1 month, before you were no longer able to log in to the game, then I guess they changed how it worked.

When I subscribed for 6 months, it didn't charge me until the moment my free time ran out.

I had to wait a bit before mine arrived in the mail. If it isn't there immediately, don't freak out and just wait a bit.

Are you on your free month? That one doesn't count towards the veteran rewards.

Ah! It's true what everyone is saying. If you're still on your free trial, you have to wait until it's over, even if you subbed.
