Middle mouse button camera issue

Steps:
1. Whilst moving your character, press and hold the right mouse button for turning the camera/character
2. Press any other key on keyboard or mouse other than middle mouse button whilst holding down the right mouse button and everything still works as intended
3. Press the middle mouse button whilst you are holding down the right mouse button causes the cursor to appear and being unable to turn the camera/character

This issue appears to have been reported a couple of times already, but I'm unable to find anything about it being addressed so simply bringing it to your attention once more because it is extremely annoying.

I am always using my right mouse button to turn the camera/character and the middle mouse button is my Push to Talk on TeamSpeak, so whenever I attempt to speak on TeamSpeak I'm unable to turn my character. This issue does not occur in any other game, so don't see why I should be forced to change my Push to Talk button for TeamSpeak simply because of this annoyance. Other players who are not using the middle mouse button as their Push to Talk on TeamSpeak have confirmed they still experience the issue.

Having the same issue and it's really annoying. I was trying to bind/unbind middle mouse, but nothing helped.
