I have the Collector's edition of the game. Among the goodies I got was a Coeurl bell. This is an item that you summon a coeurl mount with. I first opened my mail at very low level, and clicked this, so it was added into my collection. Now that I am a grown character, level 25, AND I have the chocobo license, this mount is not in my list. I know this list is supposed to be in Actions & Traits. I have been told this by all the 5 or 6 GM's I've been arguing with about this. In this list, however, there's only a chocobo. Not a coeurl. A chocobo. In other words, I know what I am doing, and I am not getting what I have paid for.

Hiya dude. Don't know why a GM would have trouble ascertaining whether you are somehow missing your mount when even a normal player can check your public profile and see that you have CE Behemoth minion but no Coeurl mount.

That said my advice would be to check your inventory for it very carefully just in case.

Yeah, this is what I don't understand either. This is really not something that should be hard to solve, it's a rather basic issue. After a few increasingly hostile tickets about it, the last one said he'd try to put an SGM on the case. I've no idea what that is, but in my mind, I secretly hope it means "Super GM".

I've looked through everything. My retainer, my bags, even my armor chest, several times each. But there's nothing to be found anywhere. I even made a new character just to see if I were getting it, and I did. I can also remember clicking it into my collection, so I am very sure this is a bug.
