That happened to me in coerthas once. Jumping around and boom, fell under ground with the map over me XD
It was hilarious, got my FC to come and see me & the hand that would stick out from the ground when i used the wave emote.

Teleporting should fix it :P

i fall through the ground in limsa all the freakin time. Lower Decks, Upper Decks, doesn't matter....But if you fall from the upper decks, you're technically on the lower decks now, although nothing is there. like, when you go into the fishing guild, its all empty and glitchy and scary.
