    Resurrection Immunity Bug

    Resurrection immunity does not seem to prevent knockback from Titan's Upheaval in Extreme Mode. (Edit: I believe that Hallowed Ground may also fail to protect from this knockback, which may be related. I have not tried Tempered Will or Holmgang)
