Server population

Hello folks,

I used to play the game a couple of months after release got to 50 etc etc and am returning to find the lack of people on the server. Just wondered whether all servers were now seeing minimal people or whether it is worth me swapping?

Current server: Lich (EU).

Any help would be brilliant thanks!

How do you mean lack of people as in no one doing dungeons and such?

Well it might have changed now but before the main areas such as revenants toll etc were packed but now there is rarely anyone there, i dont know whether this is due to inactivity or people doing other things nowadays

People changed to grinding dungeons instead of Fates. Just a few still grind xp through FATES. That´s maybe why Revenants Toll etc. is so empty.

Actually, revenant's toll is emptier for 2 reasons (both due to 2.1 patch):
1. Cities and housing give rest bonus, so there is no need to stay at a sanctuary like revenant's toll for a long duration
2. There is no need to shout anymore due to party finder, so people don't have to be in the same zone (such as revenant's toll) to find party.

But yes, instances give more exp so more people are in instances rather than not.

In 2.16 Revenant's Toll get a retainer bell. That should bring back some people.

Revenant's Toll and Wineport are still packed on Gilgamesh and Hyperion. Plus all the fate grinding maps still have a few fate parties going on too.

In what way is hyperion packed?

Im on hyperion, and its had about an average of 4 party finder groups up at any time.
