I am extremely pleased with Trobural's contact with me in-game. RTGC is a lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender guild designed to preserve the social community. We've been around for over 10 years and still hold the record of the largest guild in all of World of Warcraft. In six months of hardcore play time, we have never experienced a problem in FFXIV.

Until Valentine's Day, ironically enough. A new player was very aggressive with their hate speech and targeted members of our guild in tell. After submitting a complaint on a Friday night, a response was in under 45 minutes. Trobural was extremely understanding, was thorough with the problem, asked very detailed questions about what happened and began an investigation.

There was nothing better than feeling the love from the moderators on Valentine's Day. Thank you for making this place a safe place for all people regardless of race, religion, gender, creed, or sexual orientation.
