why waste your time reporting , by the time someone even checks those they gil scammers have 10 new characters

RMT accounts have already been created. The characters have already been created. They are sleeper cells, simply waiting to be reactivated. There is no need to create new ones as they already created them. I remember in the starting cities watching literally hundreds show up and disappear in front of the starting npcs.
