Legacy to Non-Legacy Server Transfers

Any idea when they will start allowing Legacy to Non-Legacy server transfers?

Except they already restrict the amount of gil you can transfer with.

Square is so inconsistent with their reasoning it's mind-boggling. People have used simple workarounds to bypass the gil transfer limit since day 1, like buying allagan tokens to vendor as soon as they transfer. By now the economies of most non-legacy servers are pretty dead too. If anything, allowing people with lots of gil to transfer to them would help them out.

I'm curious, both to legacy and non-legacy people.

What are the current prices of philosophy materials on your servers? They've crashed hard on excalibur. Mainly curious to see the price difference between legacy and non-legacy, because I remember hearing about stuff being considerably cheaper even when the game first launched. Of course that was because on legacy servers there was all the characters with so much surplus gil.

On excalibur right now (or 2 hours ago anyways when I logged out) philos mats were 2-2.5k (coke,fat,potash). As far as mercs go, someone in one of my LSs mercs any EX primal for 2.5mil
