You just don't like the answer. You don't need the weather toggled on to know what conditions there are in the field. Just look at the weather icon. Excuse me for being blunt, but are you sure you got the right message to him? It sounds like he's answering a different question. This is more of a graphical issue for low spec systems. It has nothing to do with removing the graphical weather effects altogether.
The answer doesn't affect me. I don't need them toggled off. The answer wasn't an answer to the right question. Which, yes, I don't like.
This has been going on in a few topics now. There are questions being asked in the OP and then the answers have very little to do with what was brought up. For instance, There will be new main content to rank up?. Although, the dev post was very nice and informative when it comes to future content in adjustments, it didn't actually answer the OP's question in what would be the main party focused progression content. If you want to make guildleve soloable, what are now our party focused progression options? Answer? Here are plans for the future that are general and have no time frame release attached to them. Thanks, that's great, but what specifically do you vision the main progression content to be? It's not a hard question.
You guys shouldn't exactly be hanged for language barrier issues. I appreciate you trying to get the information from the devs, but when they give you a answer that doesn't match up with the question you gave. It's probably good to re-phrase it and get the correct answer.

I don't think you understand the question.
The reason people want weather effects to be toggleable is simple: they put more stress on the system, and disabling them would decrease lag for some people, myself included.
Like Brucey said, even if weather is going to play a more important role, simply looking at the weather icon would be enough to tell me what's going on, even if I can't see it. That wouldn't affect the gameplay at all.
It's not a very good answer. It's ignoring the original reason for the request.^^^ Winner.I don't think you understand the question.
