CT loot drops tweaked a little bit PLZ

I want to propose a little tweak to the Crystal Tower loot RNG drops because after my last run yesterday, i really want it to change

The problem :
I did a run with no dragoon on the team and first 3 boss droped dragoon's gear (Boots, Belt and pants), The last was WHM drop So while everyone in the party wanted to get a piece, no one had a chance until the last boss, this is completly a waste. It gets irritating when you don't see you loot for a long time because only loot from a class that is not even in your party drops.

The Solution :
Make the RNG drops gear that can be needed IN YOU PARTY. So no MNK?, no MNK drops, no DRG?, no DRG drops. That way, you have a chance on each drop that it will be the drop you want. No more wasted drop

The only counter argument I see with it is that the probability of obtaining your loot increase a lot and people will get their weekly loot in an 1 to 3 attempts and no-one will play CT anymore after that. Now, sometimes i (from my experience) need to do up to 5-10 runs to get a piece. But would it be that bad???

I'm throwing the idea, what do u guys think?

Do you think a lot of people play Tank to greed everything for their alts?

In your case, you could always greed BLM gear if there is a BLM in your party. I just think that it would give more chance to everybody to get their weekly loot

I don't have a problem with how CT is designed for my play style.

If I don't have a friend tank with me I just run it as tank to get short queue time. I greed on anything that is an upgrade for one of my alts.

I usually only have to run CT 1 to 2 times a week to get a piece.

I'm sure for this case you could just PF a random caster to group with you. No one is just excessively greeding on stuff in CT unless its something for their Alt. You could PF a caster, see the drop they are looking for and Greed other drops accordingly.

I'm sure most of us would support this idea. I know people who have ran CT 20-30 times before looting for the week. That's just insane...

This is even more true when you are missing just 1 piece to complete a set, you don't want it to be a pain in the ass of 40 CT run. You want your fair share of probability

CT is an alt-gearing paradise if you have a tank leveled. Fast queues and low responsibility. Odds are you won't even have to actually tank anything if you really don't want to. Next time you're in there, pay attention to how fast Behemoth's towers get claimed and how many maiden adds on Thanatos actually get tanked (by a tank).

There are plenty of not-really-tanks "tanking" that place, and they're the kind of person to drop group before the first pull if they queue into an alliance without the class they're farming for. Some of them might be smart enough to figure out PF or preform with the right DPS/healer.

Hard to say how badly it would effect queue times, though. That's obviously not every tank, and there are occasionally CT groups that aren't all BRD and BLM. So it might be worth the trade-off, overall.

Yeah, sadly this is truly mostly on the NA/EU datacenter..on JP Data center I see people fighting to actually tank stuff and everyone actually works on picking up the succui adds so it doesn't get messy. It's pretty sad that once you hit CT and see people who are I80-I90 you realize the gear is just for show and they have absolutely zero skill in tanking.

Hell you have people calling towers the second the raid starts, to which point I take their tower and state they clearly said they wanted to tank Behemoth.

Even if there is no DRG in your party, there could be still someone who want to greed the gear for his DRG job.

As example, my Monk have already full Monk CT set, but i still enter CT with Monk (because Atomos) and start to greed on BLM gear for my BLM job.
