1) Only 1 house per FC.
2) You can't resell a house or the land it was built on.

FCs which have made satellite FCs to buy additional houses are wasting money.

Please be informed instead of repeating hearsay and starting rumors.

You assume too much when reading my post.

That is what I meant. FCs will use alt characters to create another FC to buy more land. I think IN ORDER TO FIX THAT(or cut down on it, really), they can limit 1 house per account. So someone can't use the max amount of alt characters to buy up lots.
