Ok, basically I'm looking for someone who is in charge of a FC that they have been considering disbanding/is dying, etc. Reason why is because of the Free company 1-house limit. I'm trying to find a way to purchase a small plot of land for myself as a personal house without disrupting my current FC's right to purchase land.

Basically, the plan is for my alternate character to join the FC and be passed lead, so that I may purchase and use the house that I've had my eye on.

I know this is a very weird thing to ask, but given my current situation my only other option is to either wait for Player Housing (Who knows when that'll be .-.) Or try to rank up a small FC basically on my own.

I'm unsure if I could offer any gil for the favor, but I could try to if necessary. Keep in mind that RMT trades are off-limits.
